CDTech Electronics has designed and built TFT LCD modules, touch displays and optical bonding in Shenzhen since 2011 — standard parts and fully custom programmes, produced in our own 10,000 m² factory with display, touch and optical bonding under one roof.
Four commitments that come from building displays in our own factory rather than trading other people's modules.
Quality is our lifeline. Zero tolerance to defectiveness is the standard behind every inspection gate we run.
Display, touch panel and optical bonding are produced in the same factory, so a bonded module arrives as one part with one specification.
We keep the best price we can on good quality — own production, own tooling and material planning, without a middle layer.
However large your project and wherever you are, you get an evaluation drawing and a solution built around it.
Every custom display follows the same four stages, so you always know what is being built and what comes next.
Send the size, resolution, interface, brightness and the environment it will work in. Drawings, samples and existing part numbers all work as a starting point.
Our engineering team returns an evaluation drawing with the proposed panel, driver, backlight, touch stack and mechanical outline for your approval.
Samples are built and tested for optical performance, touch linearity, thermal behaviour and vibration before you commit to tooling.
Mass production runs against the approved drawing with full inspection, your packing specification and batch traceability.
Standard sizes in stock and to order, plus fully custom modules when the catalogue does not fit the product you are designing.
Wide-temperature modules for dashboards, telematics and fleet equipment, built for vibration and glare.
High-brightness TFT modules for HMI, instrumentation and control panels that run continuously.
Stretched panels for shelf edges, kiosks, transport signage and long-format rack equipment.
Your own size, resolution, backlight, touch stack and cover glass — engineered from an evaluation drawing.
Not every project needs a new display. Tell us where you are and we will tell you honestly which of these three routes fits — including when a standard module is the better answer.
A catalogue size and resolution that already exists, supplied with the interface and brightness you need.
A standard panel with a custom touch stack, cover glass, optical bonding or highlighted backlight.
Your own outline, resolution, temperature range, brightness and interface, engineered from a drawing.
A decade of display engineering behind every module — and a factory you can walk through before you place the order.
Recognised as a Shenzhen Software Enterprise and National High-tech Enterprise, with our own patents on LCD glass cell cutting.
10,000 m² of manufacturing including a 3,500 m² thousand-level dust-free workshop, so quality does not depend on a subcontractor.
IQC → IPQC → QA → FQC → functional and visual inspection → OQC, with automatic optical inspection on the line.
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 — covering industrial, automotive and medical programmes.
Six engineering functions from module electronics to sample production, reviewing every change that affects a running project.
Long-term partnerships in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Russia and Japan, plus Taiwan and domestic OEMs.
From each batch of raw material to every production process, the same control gates apply — the same ones described on our quality and compliance page.
IQC → IPQC → QA → FQC → functional and visual inspection → OQC, with results recorded against the batch.
Thermal shock, vibration, steel ball drop, electric tension and aging tests on production samples.
Environmental chambers and ESD testing for modules heading into industrial, medical and vehicle programmes.
Automatic optical inspection plus a mura and uniformity review against an agreed acceptance standard.
Shenzhen CDTech Electronics was established in 2011 as a national high-tech enterprise specialising in TFT LCDs, touch displays, HDMI displays and other display products. Our modules are used in industrial control equipment, medical devices, smart-home products, automotive and vehicle displays, instrumentation and information terminals.
Display requirements change completely between a hospital and a tractor cab. These are the fields our modules are specified into.
HMI panels, PLC terminals and machine interfaces running continuously in factory environments.
Patient monitors, diagnostic instruments and point-of-care equipment built under ISO 13485.
Dashboards, telematics and fleet displays qualified to IATF 16949 with wide-temperature operation.
Control panels, thermostats and appliance interfaces where optical quality and touch feel decide the product.
Test and measurement equipment that needs stable brightness, tight colour and a long service life.
Kiosks, ticketing, shelf-edge and transport signage using bar-type and stretched formats.
